Water Feature
Hillcrest Avenue &
Lonetree Way
Lonetree Landing Shopping Center
Mill Creek Development, LLC, the developer for the shopping center, has
proposed a public art piece which will be located in the shopping
center's pedestrian plaza, with orientation towards the street
intersection.
The design consists of perforated, colored aluminum panels attached to a concrete column. The water will percolate from the top of the column, flow down the column behind the panels and be captured in a channel at the base of the column. The water feature is surrounded by a low concrete seat wall (click on photo at right to see larger version).
