Before you register, please check to make sure you can make the
drop-off / pick-up dates. Please read below and if you are
able to meet the commitments, email your request to be

* Artwork must be suitable for all ages.
* Two pieces of work per
artist, no larger than 30x40 (tall) and must fit on a panel
horizontally (no more than 30" wide as the
ARE 36 INCHES WIDE). You may put more than one photo
into a frame (same theme), as long as the frame does not exceed
30x40. There is no minimum size.
* Artwork must not
have been show at any Arts & Cultural Foundation Exhibits within
the last 2 years.
* Photos may be printed
on any medium, such as
photo paper, canvas, wood or metal.
* All frames must be
wired for hanging above the top one-third of the piece with
sufficient gauge wire and no saw tooth hangers or screw eyes
that do not allow work to hang flat.
* Damaged, cracked,
ill-prepared works or work with unstable frames will not be
* Works with
unprotected surfaces that smear or damage easily will not be
* All work must be
labeled with artist’s name, title, medium, price (or NFS)
and phone number.

Art in: Saturday, April 29th, 1-2 PM,
bring signed agreement
Volunteers needed for hanging: Wednesday May 3, 1-3 PM or until finished.
Art out: Saturday, May 27th, 1-2 PM
Please do not sign up if you are unable to make the drop
off/pick up dates or have someone deliver or pick up
your art on your behalf.
